Payment terms= 20% deposit (refunded on a sliding scale depending on notice of cancellation) the remainder to be paid six weeks prior to the holiday. A £50 refundable cleaning and damage deposit is required with the final payment; this is to cover excessive cleaning etc.. The cottage is let from Saturday to Saturday from 3pm on day of arrival to10am on day of departure. Duvets and pillows are provided but guests must bring their own linen and towels. Bed linen can be provided by prior arrangement at an extra cost of £20 per week (not beach towels).
