Rosehill House is a cottage attached to the owner’s property, overlooking the ancient town of Marazion.  It is a four minute stroll from the beach and many other seaside amenities.

Changeover day is Saturday. See below for prices and availability.

The accommodation is completely self-contained. A parking space, four metres away, for one large car.

Why holiday in Marazion?

A few minutes WALK to: the beach, pubs, restaurants, sailing club, wind surfing centre, RSPB bird sanctuary.  There is a frequent bus service through Marazion so you needn’t drive at all during your stay.  All pubs and restaurants are within easy walking distance.  The Penzance train station is a short bus/taxi ride away (collection can be arranged).  Newquay Airport is about 45 minutes away. The Small Print
Sorry, no pets. The property is not suitable for very young children. No smoking inside the property.  Contact us for more details about the property (and better pictures!) www.marazionholiday.com . To book- telephone- 01736719176 email- rosehill@marazionholiday.com  Prices are £225 to £445 pw depending on season.  Payment terms= 20% deposit (refunded on a sliding scale depending on notice of cancellation) the remainder to be paid six weeks prior to the holiday.  A £50 refundable cleaning and damage deposit is required with the final payment; this is to cover excessive cleaning etc..  The cottage is let from Saturday to Saturday from 3pm on day of arrival to10am on day of departure. Electricity (at cost) is by a £1 coin meter. Duvets and pillows are provided but guests must bring their own linen and towels. Bed linen can be provided by prior arrangement at an extra cost of £20 per week (not beach towels).

The cottage adjoins the owner’s property.  It comprises: entrance hall; kitchen; lounge; bathroom with wet room shower, w.c. vanity unit; upstairs to bedroom with basin and door to balcony overlooking Mount’s Bay.  Outside is a small BBQ and sitting area.  The views of St. Michael’s Mount from the BBQ area are spectacular.  From here you can watch the ever changing sailing activities in the Bay and daily sailing of the Scillonnian ferry to the Isles of Scilly.
Rosehill House- Cottage is perfect for those that want to venture out into the Cornish seaside or countryside.  It is also perfect for those whose idea of holiday is a leisurely breakfast overlooking the Bay, followed by a stroll down the ‘town’ for lunch.  After lunch return to the sitting area to read or watch others swim. sail, wind/kite surf.  You need never leave Marazion throughout your stay!  There are enough restaurants and pubs for you to eat in a different place each evening of your stay.
If you prefer, Marazion is within easy travelling distance of all major attractions in West Cornwall, and is the ideal base for your Cornwall holiday. The town is a short distance along the beach from Penzance, and from here it is simple to travel to Land’s End, St Ives, Newquay, Helston, and the popular destinations of the Minack Theatre, the St. Ives Tate Gallery and the Eden Project.
